hiringcycle.ai Development Process
hiringcycle.ai is an innovative platform designed to make companies' recruitment processes more efficient through AI and automation technologies, drawing on the HR expertise of NBS HR and the technological strength of Brew Technology. Throughout the R&D process, thousands of tests were conducted in partnership with various companies until the highest levels of recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and interview evaluation accuracy (95%) were achieved. Once the tests confirmed optimal efficiency, the product was officially launched.
- May 2022Company and Candidate Analyses with NBS HRThe foundations of hiringcycle.ai were laid, and analyses were conducted with 300 companies and 150,000 candidates.
- September 2022The Launch of hiringcycle.aiA strategic partnership was established with NBS HR and Brew, offering advanced solutions.
- November 2022Development Process BeganIn November 2022, the development process began. Three different prototypes were prepared to strengthen hiringcycle.ai's technological infrastructure and add new features, with feedback collected from over 50 users.
- February 2023Completion of the Smart Job GeneratorIn February 2023, the smart job generator was completed and made available to our clients. This innovative tool reduced the time to create a job post from an average of 2 hours to just 5 minutes.
- June 2023AI-Powered Video Interview Pilot StudiesIn June 2023, pilot studies for the AI-powered video interview system began. This system aimed to help candidates conduct more effective and efficient interviews.
- July 2023 / January 2024Beta Testing PhaseFrom July 2023 to January 2024, the beta testing phase for hiringcycle.ai's new features and improvements took place. Based on customer feedback, we further improved our system. During this period, 5 large-scale companies became our R&D partners, and over 15,000 interviews were conducted. Once we reached over 95% accuracy, the product was launched.
